Gregory Philips Architects designed a contemporary new home in Tonbridge, being responsible for the innovative concept and obtaining planning in this sensitive site in an area of outstanding beauty.
This project combines a thoughtful, contemporary approach with an understanding of the client’s vision. On the ground floor of this new build house is a lobby and large hall, extensive lounge area, kitchen with breakfast area, a study, and media room. At the lower level is an indoor swimming pool and gym. On the top floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. A lift is included in the design to future proof this as a ‘forever’ home. The clients are delighted with this exciting and ambitious contemporary house crafted to their lifestyle.
