Founded more than 30 years ago, Gregory Phillips Architects is a multi-award-winning architecture studio specialising in prestigious contemporary residential design.
Conveniently located to the West of the city, Holland Park has long been established as an eclectic and vibrant destination at the heart of London. As famous for its antiques and arts market as its grand residences, it represents a uniquely affluent but flamboyant creative community which is reflected in its architecture and design.
We have completed a number of projects which blend modern additions and alterations with the traditional buildings which characterise the area, bringing a renewed vibrancy to historic properties. Most notably we have completed the full reconstruction of a property on Ladbroke terrace, which reinstated a grand entrance staircase while creating luxurious open plan living spaces to the rear with full relandscaping. Additionally, we have completed a full refurbishment of a Victorian townhouse including the creation of a basement swimming pool on Lansdowne Road.
We have worked throughout West London and have extensive experience of working with Kensington and Chelsea borough council as well as a network of contractors, suppliers and consultants that have worked with us on a range of projects in the area.

Gregory Phillips Architects have carried out several projects in
Holland Park including Lansdowne Road, Holland Park Mews and Ladbroke Terrace.
We recently completed a 750 sqm house remodelling and transforming the interior design. The project included extensions as well as new mechanical and electrical services, lighting, room layouts, bathrooms an extraordinary kitchen space and all finishes and fittings throughout.
The layout of the house was vastly improved to maximise the drama of the spaces. The clean modern details are complimented by the use of marbles, silk and suede panelling to create a calm contemporary and sophisticated aesthetic, and one that is entirely functional as a contemporary family home. We combined a thoughtful, contemporary approach with an understanding of our clients’ needs which lead to a successful project and delighted clients.
