Background

A total refurbishment of an existing three-bedroom apartment in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Brief

Working closely with a local team of architects, we created a contemporary interior design scheme, bespoke to the client’s needs by updating all the services including lighting, as well as replacing all the finishes and fixtures so all elements were new. The project was fully designed by Gregory Phillips Architects to ensure a seamless, high-quality result for our client. We checked all drawings produced by the local architect to ensure the integrity of the design and required details were produced in accordance with our design and collaboratively ensured the best outcome for the client.

What we did

The work involved stripping out all finishes, reconstructing bathrooms and installing all new lighting, wall panelling, heating and air conditioning. As well as new fixtures and bespoke cabinetry, we also designed the kitchen in its entirety, bringing a modern design to the heart of the home.

Outcomes

The apartment is extremely luxurious and creates a one-of-a-kind residence in this popular Floridian location.
