A total refurbishment of an existing three bedroom apartment in Knightsbridge,

The Brief

The brief was to update all the services, replace all the finishes and fixtures and create all new interiors.

What we did

The work involved stripping out all finishes, reconstructing bathroom and installing all new lighting, wall panelling, heating and air-conditioning. As well as new fixtures and bespoke cabinetry. We also specified the kitchen, all new furniture, rugs, curtains and blinds.

The lighting was a particular challenge as recessed ceiling lights were not possible as we wished to retain the maximum floor to ceiling height.

We also integrated all new audio visual systems.

Outcomes

The apartment is extremely luxurious and creates a fantastic residence adjacent to London’s Hyde Park.
