The budget for every project varies according to its size, complexity and scope.
Below is a guide of the typical construction work values we work on at GPA (all exclusive of VAT). These figures are approximate and should only be used as a guide to the extent of work we usually carry out.
As a guide, the below will include Interior Design generally, but not furniture, fittings and equipment (FF&E). Basements and Swimming Pools tend to push the build costs up into the mid or high tier.
New Build

Extension + some work throughout the existing house
