Gregory Phillips has carried out the interior design on several projects in Holland Park including two homes in Ladbroke Terrace.
Our most recent project involved a total refurbishment and extension of an existing property to create a substantial and unique 750 sqm house that was extended on all floors; the main staircase was relocated and all internal spaces redesigned. The works included all new mechanical and electrical services, structural work and all new bathrooms, kitchen and joinery.
Grand and luxurious entertaining spaces were created and en-suite bathrooms added to each bedroom. A dramatic 11m x 11m column free space with minimal glazed sliding doors opening out onto the entertaining terrace and the landscaped garden was created at basement level. Clean, elegant modern details are complimented by the use of marbles, silk, suede and timber panelling to create a calm contemporary and sophisticated aesthetic.
